A project manager with 15 years of broad expertise in multi-family housing and mixed use projects, Michelle has helped to deliver thousands of residential units in the greater Seattle area. She has worked on a wide variety of housing types throughout Seattle, including high-rise apartments, mid-rise mixed use, and low-rise cottage-style cluster development. Clients praise Michelle as highly adept at translating their program needs into functional and attractive designs that meet code and city requirements. She enjoys the challenge of creating highly livable, accessible dwelling units in dense, urban settings.
Michelle’s work has been recognized with awards from organizations including NAIOP Washington and Gold Nugget Awards. In 2022 she won NAIOP Night of the Stars: Multi-Family Residential Suburban Development for Waterfront Place. Other accolades include Multifamily Executive Awards 2018 Grand Award in the category of Green Design for The Cove apartments, a project whose sustainable units have sold for the highest price/square feet in Seattle. The Cove also was a finalist for NAIOP Night of the Stars 2018 for Best Multi-Family, PCBC Gold Nugget Awards Grand Award: Best Innovative Energy Design.
Michelle has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Washington College Of Built Environments and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Willamette University. She is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor and a LEED accredited professional.
