Meet Vince, from mixed-use projects, ferry terminals, education, and healthcare, he's done it all!
Vince is on a mission to make every project sustainable and energy-efficient. He is one of our experts in Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) and requirements of the current energy codes. Whether it is coordinating consultants throughout design or providing innovative solutions in the field during CA, he provides the technical expertise needed in large multifamily and transportation projects to take them to the next level.
Some of his career highlights are:
Mukilteo Ferry Terminal: LEED Gold certified. TA joined forces with LMN Architects to transform this busy terminal, blending history and innovation. Vince coordinated the Architectural portion of waterside development and supported development of sustainable design elements.
U District Station: A below-grade Light Rail Station with a simplified and sleek life-safety system. Tiscareno assisted the prime Architect LMN on this project.
Danforth: A stunning 16-story building with luxury apartments, Whole Foods, and more. Vince participated in the technical documentation.
The Beam Apartments: LEED Gold certified, 321-unit mixed-use Transit Oriented Development, awarded 2022 Multi-Family Residential Urban Development of the Year. Vince championed the project from early design development through CA to Occupancy.
The Triangle: LEED Gold certified multifamily project in Redmond, awarded 2019 Suburban Development of the Year.
AIS Cancer Center: LEED Gold certified. A technically complex project including radiation vaults, infusion treatment centers and an ambulatory surgery center, built fast track / design build. (Work performed at a different firm)
