Shoreline South TOD

The Shoreline South Transit Oriented District envisions a concept in which most daily necessities and services, such as work, shopping, and living are within walking distance to the transit hub. Tiscareno has designed three projects in the Shoreline South TOD with 870 units and ground-floor retail. These three projects have helped define the urban design character of the Shoreline South TOD, which has the correct zoning but lacks context. All three buildings are distinct, with unique expressions, character, and color schemes. They set the tone for bold and daring facades while encouraging pedestrian activity.
