Amalfi

In a bustling neighborhood zoned for growth, we designed Amalfi, a 7-story, 130-unit apartment building, adding to the ever-growing streetscape of Lake City. Amalfi has been designed for maximum light and air, with a south-facing courtyard the community offers unique sightlines, that can be seen from the generous windows and projecting bays that maximize sunlight, including an outlook onto Amalfi’s iconic neighbor, Seattle institution Dick’s Drive-In.

By providing visual interest with a mix of cascading bays and patterning where it would be seen most, and keeping massing as simple as possible, we knew how to keep this multi-family project stylish in this emerging neighborhood.
