Bob Tiscareno joins forces with Jim Cade, a highly-respected Project Manager from LMN Architects. Jim’s vast technical skills complemented the Design Director Bob Tiscareno.

The company was involved in every facet of this mixed-use project. Located in the heart of the top of Queen Anne in Seattle, the firm wins its first NAIOP Night of the Stars award for best mixed-use.

The firm completes over 40 roll-out retail remodels, helping the firm weather the 2009 financial crisis. The renovations and upgrades included showrooms across the Western United States.

The ground-up design of the US Forest Service’s Prairie City Ranger District Office was Tiscareno Associate’s first government project, initiating 12 years of working with Federal agencies that include the Veterans Administration, GSA, US Army and US Navy.

The firm wins its first IDIQ for the Veterans Administration, after completing multiple federal and military projects. Among the project was a prosthetics lab to support wounded serviceman.

The 469,000 sf project was the firm’s first high-rise project. Located at the intersection of three sought-after Seattle neighborhoods, the Danforth represented a new trend for a demanding lifestyle market: balanced living, stronger personal connections, and high-end design.

The project sells for highest per square foot cost in Seattle.
Sitting on just 9,000 square feet, the 60-unit apartment building, is highly efficient and sustainable without compromising design, aesthetics, or amenities. Project awarded the FIABCI Grand Prix of Real Estate Award to Cove.

This marquis multifamily project in Redmond, WA won the Multi-Family Residential Suburban Development of the Year at the 2019 NAIOP Night of the Stars Awards ceremony. The firm is recognized for its innovative design solution to an odd shaped lot.

The first waterfront apartments in Everett’s history anchor the 65-acre redevelopment that’s transforming this mill-town port into a dockside destination community. This project represents the rare public/private partnership that has actually achieved affordable multi-family waterfront living in the Seattle-area market.
